How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders received after 9am will be dispatched the following business day via express post. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive deliveries - this is subject to change during holiday & sale periods.

Can I change and/or Cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order please email us at hello@skjgold.com between our opening hours Mon - Fri, 9am - 4pm.
Note: we are closed on public holidays.
We unfortunately cannot gaurantee any changes or cancel your order after it has left our premises.

Is your gold solid gold?
SKJ Gold jewellery has a solid gold collection, which we’re really excited about, and gold plated silver jewellery. All the gold pieces are 100% 21 carat gold.

Can I exchange Earrings?
For hygiene purposes, we strictly do not refund and/or exchange earrings.

I have lost an earring, can I buy a single piece?
All of our earrings are designed and made as a pair, so we don’t sell them singularly.

Do you offer custom orders?
We understand that many of you have wonderful ideas and special occasion where you’d love to personalise your own SKJ Gold pieces, however this is not an option we offer at the moment.
